1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how MetaCoach Crafted (“MetaCoach Crafted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit metacoached.com and use our founding-school interest form (together, the “Site”).

2. Who this policy covers

The Site is intended for educators, instructional coaches, school and system leaders, and other adults (18+). The Site is not directed to K-12 students, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the founding-school interest form, we collect your name, email address, role, school/district/system (if provided), an approximate number of teachers (if provided), and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics to understand how the Site is used. This may include pages visited, general device and browser information, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any K-12 student personal information through the Site.

4. How we use information

• To respond to your interest and communicate with you about founding access and updates.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To understand Site usage through analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. The free coaching GPT (third-party service)

The Site links to a free custom “GPT” that is hosted by OpenAI within ChatGPT. If you choose to use it, your interactions there are governed by OpenAI’s own terms and privacy policy — not this one. We do not receive or store your GPT conversations through this website.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure and understand Site usage. Google Analytics sets cookies that help us see how visitors interact with the Site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn about opting out of Google Analytics at Google’s own tools. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.

7. How information is stored and shared

Interest-form submissions are transmitted to us and stored in our business tools (for example, Google Workspace — Google Sheets and email). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us operate the Site, or as required by law.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information you submit for up to seven (7) years, after which it is deleted or de-identified, unless a longer period is required to meet a legal obligation.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us at britt@metacoached.com. We will honor these requests subject to any legal retention requirements.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.

12. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California’s CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any such rights, contact us at britt@metacoached.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
